MILAN - Paolo Orlandoni has extended his contract with FC Internazionale until 30 June 2010. The new contract has been registered at the Italian Football League’s offices.
"For me who came through the youth ranks at Inter, it’s always a great emotion and an honour to have the faith of the club and the coach," commented the goalkeeper.
"My thanks is sincere and I want to repay all this every day with my effort and seriousness, also out of respect for the fans, who have always made me feel important."

BEIJING - Inter fans in China’s capital can find everything they want at the brand new Interstore Beijing, which was officially opened today at the Solana Shopping Mall. Paolo Orlandoni and Benoit Cauet, accompanied by Inter editorial director Susanna Wermelinger, were joined on stage by Pirelli’s Michael Cati for the press conference that was attended by hundreds of journalists, VIP guests and fans. Both players understood perfectly the spirit with which Inter moves closer to such a far away and fascinating country, signing autographs and posing for photos with journalists and fans alike after delivering their speeches. The event, organized by China Sports Industry and New Media Research, with the support of Pirelli, Sina, Touchmedia and Beijing Morning Post, also saw the participation of children from Inter Campus Qingdao, the Chinese couple who celebrated their wedding on the occasion of last year’s Centenary celebrations, and members of the official Chinese Inter Clubs. The real surprise of the event was a video-message from Massimo Moratti. The local media and fans looked at the big screen in Solana Shopping Mall to hear the words of the Inter president. ‘There’s a long story between Inter and China, starting in 1978 with the cooperation between Inter and the Chinese federation,’ said Moratti. ‘It’s a relationship that we followed with an Inter Campus in Qingdao, a school that I am very proud of, with our website in Chinese, with another store in Shanghai, and now with this store in Beijing. I hope this store can be important for the Chinese supporters of Inter, and we hope to continue this contact with the Super Cup, and have the chance to be together.’
