APPIANO GENTILE – Supervised by fitness coach Gian Nicola Bisciotti, three players trained today at the Centro Sportivo Angelo Moratti.
Hernan Crespo and Victor Obinna performed strength building and resistance exercises, while Cristian Chivu did a fifteen-minute run around the central pitch.
Nicolas Burdisso and Marco Materazzi had today off.
